Sourcing & QC Specialist

spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and maintain auto parts suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to control costs.
- Place orders and track production progress, addressing issues proactively.
- Conduct factory QC inspections and generate quality reports.
- Handle product complaints and coordinate returns/compensation with suppliers.
Must Have
- College degree (mechanical/auto engineering/trade preferred).
- Basic auto parts knowledge (able to read drawings/specs is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel locally for factory visits.
- Integrity and quality awareness.
- Experience in sourcing/QC is preferred.
