Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and manage auto parts product lines; define strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs/trends/competition, identify product opportunities.
- Convert feedback into PRDs and technical specs for sourcing and development.
- Lead new product selection, sample evaluation, and certification with suppliers.
- Create product catalogs, technical docs, training materials; train sales teams.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s+ in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
- 3+ years in auto parts industry (e.g., chassis, engine, electronics).
- Strong market insight and data analysis skills.】
- Proficient English for technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- User-centric mindset.
