Once a quality issue is confirmed, we will send you qualified replacement products free of charge. You are not required to return defective items to China, saving your time and shipping costs.

If the factory fails to cooperate, I will take full responsibility and compensate you in advance. I will then resolve the matter with the factory directly. You will bear no risk at all.
