After-sales Service Specialist​

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries/complaints regarding product quality, shipping damage, wrong/missing items.
  • Process returns, replacements, repairs, and compensation claims efficiently.
  • Document cases, generate reports, and provide feedback to sourcing/QC teams for product improvement.
  • Conduct follow-ups to collect satisfaction feedback and increase loyalty/repeat orders.
  • Manage after-sales parts inventory and address warranty issues.

Must Have

  • College degree or above.
  • ​​Excellent English writing skills​​ for clear/professional email communication.
  • Calm, empathetic, patient, and strong emotional management; ​​passionate about problem-solving​​.
  • Team player with cross-department coordination skills.
  • Customer service or trade order experience preferred; auto parts knowledge a plus.
